Reporting to the Mountain Food and Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous F&B experience, will be an excellent communicator with a customer service orientation and keen to work in a mountain environment. Some of the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Duties:To ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staffTo assist and upsell guests at every opportunityMaintaining policies and procedures of RCR and F&B departmentEnsuring a clean and safe working environment by following proper HACCP proceduresRing in all food items quickly and preciselyBBQ operationPOS use and daily cash-outs and balancingChairlift access for inventory and garbageProper rotation procedures (FIFO)Restocking the area as necessary and after peak timesDaily cleaning dutiesKnow and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee HandbookKnow and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management ProgramKnow and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work ProgramsTo perform other tasks and duties that are applicableQualifications:Must be outgoing, engaging personalityMust be physically capable to lift heavy objectsMust be a team player, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skillsPrevious experience in the service industry required‘Food Safe’ and ‘Serving it Right’ certification an assetFull time summer seasonal position.
