Purpose: As a Financial Service Representative, in a DEVELOPMENT POSITION (FSR DEV), your service to members will power their financial goals and dreams. Excellent member service at EKC starts with listening and caring to the needs of our members so that they can make an informed decision based on customized advice.EKC’s sales goals and promotions are designed to ensure members receive proactive help to discover and obtain the products and services they need.In this role, you will help members with their savings (in regular and registered accounts), loans, mortgages, lines of credit, and their accounts - ensuring they are in the best account for them. Plus, you will prepare and complete the documentation accurately and quickly, resulting in an easy, stress-free experience.
