You will deliver a high-quality service experience to our guests and provide our staff with strong and capable leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and service experience. You will oversee all front of house operations. You will hire and train staff, set work schedules, manage inventories, manage staffing levels and make sure employees comply with company policies, health and safety guidelines, and liquor service regulations. You will manage seating plans and capacities and insure service standards are met and exceeded.We will expect you to lead professionally and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment – all while keeping our guests as your main priority. You will need to foster positive and collaborative working relationships and model effective communication between front and back of house.
