Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor of the Lodge this position requires the ideal candidate to have a positive attitude and have excellent customer service skills. Our Mission – to be North America’s most remarkable on-mountain lodging experience – will inspire you in giving our guests the gift of a place they dream of being.Duties:To ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staffTo assist and upsell guests at every opportunityRoom attendant duties for two resort hotelsAnd/or Laundry service support as requiredAnd/or Janitorial duties for main lodge areas as requiredDaily cleaning of guest rooms including all linen changes, interior windows, bathrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and restockingFollow departmental policies, procedures and service standardsMeeting guest requests in a timely and friendly mannerProvide non-stop team work with your teammates and managersKnow and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee HandbookKnow and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management ProgramKnow and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work ProgramsTo perform other tasks and duties that are applicableQualifications:Past experience an asset but not required, we will train!Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environmentReliable and responsiblePhysically capable with a customer service orientationFull time seasonal role, weekend shifts required.
