Job Description

You solve people’s problems – whether they be related to their computer, cash machine, internet, phone, hardware, or software. You ensure everything is running smoothly for both our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have will be an excellent communicator and team player, have previous experience and a customer service orientation.   • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, webcams, printers and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Provide technical support across the company
  • Maintain policies and procedures of RCR IT service to ensure company goals are met and guest expectations are exceeded
  • Maintain equipment fleet including, inventory control, maintenance, repairs, and disposal
  • Maintain and contribute to the corporate values of RCR and Safety Management Program
  • Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
  • Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
  • Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
  • Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
You Have:
  • Information Technology related education/certification/degree and/or relevant experience
  • Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Libre Office
  • Experience with IOS and Android
  • Experience working with networks, network printers, and Wi-Fi access points
  • Personal interest in mountain recreation an asset
