OPC CANADA INC. Manufacturer of Dehydrated Potato Flakes in Centreville, NB is currently looking for General Labourers. Our products are used in a variety of consumer goods such as potato snacks, mashed potatoes, food service industry, as well as baked products.We are looking for talented individuals to support our growth both with modernizing our existing operations as well as diversification of our product offerings. The role of the General Labourer is to prepare and maintain the production area. Wash machinery, sweep floors and catwalks using power washing equipment. Prepare and maintain the production area for upcoming scheduled production.Transport raw materials finished product and package materials, clean work areas and equipment. Continuous learning, job task planning and organizing.Must be able to work well independently and as well as part of a team.Long periods of standing, climbing of ladders, lugging and dragging high pressure water hoses. Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.Warm and humid conditions in the plant.Experience: A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent or 1-2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
