The Business Administrator (BA) will be responsible for processing VOR orders, invoices, inquiries, and liaison with VOR partners. In addition, the BA will ensure that all Kyndryl processes are properly completed for each order as well as ensure that delivery dates are met and that both customer and vendor invoices are sent in a timely manner. The BA will take overall ownership of the transaction and interact with customers as needed. They will take business direction from a designated Delivery Manager, or an appropriate Account managerThe BA is expected to work North American Eastern Time (EST) zone business hours. They will ensure that documents are complete, clearly written, and that both the scope and completion criteria are explicitly defined in the document.Coordinate among solution architects, vendors, account specialists and SME to produce an accurate and complete quotations. Provide weekly reports on the status of VOR’s that are “work in progress”, that are ready for signature, that have been signed, and the number that were rejected. Perform validation on the proposed solution with independent experts. Obtain approval for the cost case with senior managers.Responsibilities:
