  • Participate in customer satisfaction surveys, customer feedback meetings, internal audits, lessons learned, or other similar activities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the QA proposal review process, product selection process. Be able to provide cross-team coordination to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Understand and demonstrate a working knowledge of the department’s mission.
  • Maintain a high standard of teamwork as well as written and oral communications.
  • Adapt to new assignments, processes and methods as required.
  • Understand and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Provide support to team members.
  • Conduct internal stakeholder meetings and participate in customer meetings where required.
  • Develop insight and understanding of infrastructure architecture and why architecture decisions are made.
  • Utilize a risk mitigation process to reduce the risk of cost overruns or underpricing of proposals.
  • Utilizes, where needed, the Engineering and Environment Affairs Questionnaire.
