We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Office Administrator who is familiar with all facets of managing an office environment. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative work. A successful candidate for this position will have a background in clerical work and must be able to take direction well and multi-task effectively.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Anticipate and address customer communication needs.
  • Collect and organize relevant information.
  • Organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and coordinate information among multiple staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to managers.
  • File documents and maintain office supplies.
  • Use technology to increase efficiency of administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:
