To help those in need find and maintain employment, the division works with contracted service providers to provide job search resources, employment planning, skills assessment, training, work experience and more.The Implementation Manager is responsible for identifying, championing, and implementing corporate strategies in Regional Operations and to liaise with other Branches, Divisions and Ministries as it relates to the delivery of employment services by contracted agencies in British Columbia.Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (such as public or business administration, social sciences, or commerce), and one year (1) *related experience. OR;
  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field (such as public or business administration, social sciences, or commerce) and three years (3) *related experience. OR;
  • Certificate in a related field (such as public or business administration, social sciences, or commerce) and three years (3) *related experience. OR;
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and *related experience may be considered.
  • Recent, *related experience must be within the last 5 years and including the following:
    • Leading large projects and change initiatives, including leading teams to develop solutions, making recommendations, writing policies, and the development and implementation of new or revised business processes.
    • Leading, managing, and supervising a diverse workgroup of employees and demonstrated related experience in business planning, performance management, and change leadership.
