Job Description

  • Manage daily LEMs (Labor, Equipment, and Materials) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project resources.
  • Oversee timekeeping functions, including the verification of timesheets, to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Handle invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered during the shutdown.
  • Organize and maintain site documents, including contracts, safety records, and project reports, to ensure compliance and easy access to information.
  • Coordinate logistics for personnel and materials, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between on-site teams and the corporate office, facilitating effective communication and prompt resolution of administrative issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with GrizzlyTrek #39;s policies, as well as local, provincial, and federal regulations related to the oil and gas industry.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role within the oil and gas industry, preferably in shutdown or turnaround projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Familiarity with the oil and gas industry #39;s regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, camp-based environment with a 6 on/1 off, 12-hour shift schedule.
