In this position, you will be responsive to inquiries from the public, our clients and colleagues in person and by phone; safeguard sensitive and confidential information; maintain paper and electronic records; handle cash; and carry out other administrative functions as required to maintain efficient office operation and achieve deadlines.You will have knowledge of office protocols and equipment, demonstrated ability to accurately reference policies, procedures and guidelines; follow basic accounting principles; and create, format or edit documents using various software applications.Typically, the knowledge and experience required for this position would be obtained through the successful completion of an office assistant course/program and/or equivalent experience in a related position.Some travel by government vehicle may be required.We are committed to workplace diversity.Hours of Work: A - SGEU Office 36 - one day off every two weeksNumber of Openings: 1Closing Date: Jun 10, 2021, 12:59:00 AM
