Job Description

GrizzlyTrek invest in our people, our relationships and our partners, ensuring ready to work individuals meet job opportunities that create lasting success for them and our business partners Fall Shutdown Season - Industrial LabourerPosition: Vacuum Support Labourer - High-Pressure Cleaningamp; Vessel Entry Tank CleaningLocation: Edmonton, Grand Prairie, Peace River, and Northeastern British ColumbiaProject Duration: Mid-August to End of September (Approximately 3 weeks to 4 weeksper project)Shift Details:

  • 12-hour days
  • Overtime paid after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $26.50 to $30 per hour depending on the project
  • Competitive hourly wage
  • Overtime pay
  • Camp or hotel accommodations provided
  • Subsistence allowance included
  • Travel provided from Edmonton or Grand Prairie
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support vacuum truck operations for high-pressure cleaning of tanks and vessels
  • Ensure safe and efficient entry and cleaning of vessels
  • Maintain equipment and perform regular inspections
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating vacuum trucks and performing high-pressure cleaning
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures for vessel entry and tank cleaning
  • Ability to work long hours and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Valid driver #39;s license
  • Willingness to travel and stay in camp or hotel accommodations for the duration of the project
