We connect motivated individuals with opportunities that promise long-term success, emphasizing our commitment to people, relationships, and partnerships.lAs a Local Indigenous Mechanical Tradesman, you wilbe responsible for performing daily maintenance activities, including repairs, preventative maintenance (PMs), troubleshooting, and callouts. You will maintain pumps, valves, and related oilfield equipment by conducting field inspections to ensure reliability and dependability for day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of new equipment and modifications to existing facilities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance activities including repairs, PMs, troubleshooting, and callouts.
  • Maintain pumps, valves, and related oilfield equipment by conducting field inspections to ensure reliability and dependability for day-to-day operations.
  • Complete predictive and preventative maintenance schedules of stations and sites to ensure all maintenance is completed to predetermined schedules.
  • Participate in installation, maintenance, and operation of new product quality initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of new equipment and modifications to existing facilities as needed.
  • Complete assignments safely, efficiently, and in an environmentally conscious manner by observing the accepted company and industry safety practices.
  • Familiar with SAP - PMM program to implement updated maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all departments and areas of operation.
  • Supervise contractors as required.
  • Ensure assigned vehicle is maintained in a clean and operable condition, and that all required inspections and government documentation are up to date.
  • Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
  • Interprovincial Millwright, Automotive Mechanic, Heavy Duty Mechanic, or Pipefitter ticket; or working towards one of the above as an apprentice.
  • Oilfield construction experience would be considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and other business-related computer programs and applications.
  • Indigenous background preferred, with a strong connection to local Indigenous communities.
