If you enjoy being the face of a company and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this position is for perfect for you!ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome visitors, clients and employees as they arrive at the officeAnswer and direct phones calls, take messages and relay important informationMaintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it remains presentable and well stocked with necessary suppliesAssist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetingsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveriesPerform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and scanning documentsAssist in managing office supplies and inventoryCollaborate with various teams to gather all required information for Group Benefits in order to support their administrative needs Provide administrative support to managers as requestedQualificationsBilingual - Fluent in French verbal and writtenHigh School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred, but not requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in using office software and equipment, including MS officeAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situationHow to applyPlease submit your resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and why you are interested in this position.
