Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations Associate will provide essential support to our sales operations and Salesforce teams, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes and contributing to the overall success of our sales organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of sales operations.Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support on RFPs and InfoSecurity Questionnaires.
  • Account Cleaningamp; Maintenance.
  • Handle basic tickets and offer user support.
  • Support DealDesk: IO/IIO creation and closed-won paperwork review.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks such as order processing, contract management, and customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry and Management:
    • Accurately enter and maintain sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and completeness.
    • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and other key indicators.
    • Conduct routine data audits to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales operations, and share insights with the team.
