Our center is known for its innovative approach to play based experiential learning programs. We love our children and take great pride in facilitating their development.As an Early ChildhoodEducator at FELC, you will play a significant role in the lives of the children in your care. We need someone who can take responsibility, prepare and deliver a creative environment, rich in learning opportunities, all while working as part of a team to fulfill the operational duties of the center.Early Learning work is NOT for everyone. Working in an environment with over 40 different children all needing attention, while trying to facilitate experiential learning, keeping up with classroom arrangement, recording milestones and preparing learning stories is very demanding. But if you possess an enormous amount of patience, a willingness to work hard all the while being supported by your teammates and mentors, this job is for you! Were especially interested in individuals with a positive attitudeand who truly consider Early Childhood Education their career path.To be successful, you must be creative, organized, self motivated, very patient, love the outdoors, be willing to get messy at times and have a real passion for children. The successful candidate must also fulfill the professional development requirements of a Designated Center.
