By expanding our capacity to produce 500,000 tests a week for labs across the country, they are leading the charge to protect Canadians and defeat this pandemic.LuminUltra is currently recruiting for an Equipment Production Supervisor to join the Equipment Services Team.ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of LuminUltra's Equipment Services Team, reporting to the Equipment Services Manager, the Equipment Production Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:Oversee hardware manufacturing & equipment inventories of LuminUltra's Clinical and 2nd Generation ATP devices.Manage and build the hardware equipment team.Manage inventory of hardware components and adjust based on sales & production forecasts.Generate production forecasts in collaboration with other departments.Provide technical support, acting as a subject matter expert, to internal and external customers utilizing equipment/devices.Oversee testing, final assembly, and packaging of hardware equipment.Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation and training materials.Support and maintain database of testing and quality assurance records.Participate in the ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.QualificationsAs the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications and skills:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a hardware manufacturing setting with a focus on delivering high quality products is required.Experience in personnel or project management is preferred.Excellent electronic, electrical, and mechanical skills and knowledge.
