The Springhill Group of Companies are Fredericton based and locally owned and operated. Our companies operate commercial rock quarries, build and pave roads, and construct larger commercial and institutional buildings throughout the province of New Brunswick.We currently have an opening for a Heavy Equipment Operator for full time seasonal work at our Fredericton location. Monday to Friday 50+ hours per week. Salary based on experience.Qualifications:- Class 5 driver’s license.- Team player.- Punctual.- Safety oriented.- Willingness to learn.- Familiarity with heavy equipment considered an asset.- Customer service experience considered an asset.Responsibilities:- Operating a variety of equipment including, but not limited to; front end loader, rock truck and excavator.- Running equipment where needed in our quarry and road building operations.- Must have CSA approved work boots.- Follow all safety plans.We offer:- A safe work environment.- Safety training.- Opportunity for Health Benefits following a probationary period.Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalContract length: 5 monthsSalary: $16.00-$21.00 per hourBenefits:
