We sell bagged and export bulk products for everyone from the home gardener, organic farmers, greenhouses, to garden and hardware stores.We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment that is driven to meet the needs of our customers. Our ideal person is an analytical thinker, who enjoys building delivery runs, while striving for the best customer satisfaction with our customers in Canada and the USA!Here’s what you’ll do
    • Receive, enter and execute orders from wholesale customers, fostering long term relationships
    • Provide administrative support including accurate reporting and creation and tracking of purchase orders to make sure they arrive in a timely manner.
    • Interact with Customers and Carriers as required
    • tracking and tracing shipments to ensure carriers are on time and meeting our customer timelines for pickup and delivery.
    • Communicate pickup and drop locations with drivers after booking the truck
    • Email correspondence & phone calls with load brokers & drivers on managing the shipment
    • Ensure paperwork such as Sales Orders, Bill of ladings etc. is as per the verbal agreement
    • Amalgamate and sort all customer orders for our finished products
    • Plan shipments of product based on trucking routes and geographical areas
    • Ensure production is building the correct quantities to meet the requirements planned on future truckloads and setups
