Our purpose is to bring enjoyment to people’s lives through great tasting food, in a way that reflects our values.Our Manager, Global Learning & Technology will be responsible for the management and adoption of enterprise digital learning platforms, the creation and sustainment of a global Learning Champion network, and learning program design and consultation for stakeholders in the business. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic driver of a digital learning culture at McCain, globally. This role could be in Florenceville, NB or Toronto, ON location.How You’ll Add Value:

• Product Owner for Degreed and Percipio – ultimately accountable for how the platforms are implemented, adopted, and functioning. Keep apprised of all product features and updates and communicate those to business stakeholders and learning champions. Provide regular reporting on metrics – eg. adoption, completions, skills/capabilities developed, learner satisfaction.
• Keep informed of learning industry technologies and vendors – Keep up with the learning tech industry, thought leaders (Bersin, Gartner), leading platform features and functionality, etc.
• Integration and interoperability of McCain learning technologies and applications – With SuccessFactors, Microsoft Teams, and others and they are introduced. Provide input and consultation regarding technology decisions.
• Interoperability and integration of custom learning content – Provide custom content consultation with stakeholders, conduct interoperability testing, hosting of custom content in the right platform (Degreed, Percipio, SuccessFactors, or other).
• Vendor Management – Assess and approve learning content vendors brought forward by regional/functional stakeholders. Maintain a roster of preferred/approved vendors (eg. Learning platforms, learning services, custom content authoring).
• Learning program consultant for internal stakeholders – Provide informed consultation for functional stakeholders wishing to build targeted learning programs in Degreed/Percipio and supported by other learning tools.
• Create and sustain a global network of Learning Champions – Build and provide training, support materials, host regular meetings to provide updates and share best practices, create a Yammer community, recognize and reward Learning Champion Achievers. (And more)
• Special Projects as necessary – implementing new learning tools or building new learning programs.

About You:

• Post-secondary education in Education, Adult Learning, Learning Technologies, or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience working with corporate learning programs and technologies, preferably for a global business
• Strong understanding of the McCain business, functions, and regions, globally
• Strong vendor management, project management, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
• Strong internal network with functional and regional leaders, globally
• Working knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.
