You exceed expectations and justify Atrias reputation as an exceptional community. Job Summary Duties and responsibilities vary from community to community. This individual performs duties including, but not limited to, light maintenance and housekeeping tasks, monitoring the premises, and responding to residents pull cords as needed during the nighttime hours.Principle Duties and Responsibilities: The following essential functions are the fundamental job duties of the position to be completed with or without appropriate reasonable accommodation. Monitor the overall premises of the community. Respond to resident pull cords when necessary. Respond to all forms of building alarms and take appropriate action. Monitor exterior doors, common area windows, gates/fencing, and lighting for proper functioning. Identify potential injury hazards on community grounds. Provide cleaning services to ensure business offices, apartments, interior and exterior public and common areas and amenities of the community are in a safe, neat, clean and attractive condition. Provide floor care services for carpet, tile, and wood floors and may include vacuuming, extracting, buffing, sealing, stripping, etc. Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas. Maintain all grounds in a neat, clean and attractive condition; including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, building exteriors, and garden areas. Perform basic maintenance related work requests. Preserve, prime and paint the interior and exterior surfaces at assigned community. Notify management concerning need for repairs. Report potentially unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work performed. May perform other duties as assigned and/or needed.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20 - 30 per weekSalary: From $14.00 per hourSchedule:
