Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking Tim Horton #39;s team members to join the Tim Horton #39;s team at St. Thomas University! Reporting to the Manager, Tim Horton #39;s Team Members are responsible for providing superior customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The starting wage for this position is $17.30 per hour!Job Responsibilities

  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Prepare made to order food items
  • Follows Tim Horton #39;s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
  • Assist other members of the team when needed
  • Light cash handling duties including processing guest transactions, counting cash, closing/opening registers, participating in cash audits
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Keep area clean at all times; manage waste
  • May perform other job duties as required
Qualifications
  • 1+ years’ experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • Experience working for Tim Horton #39;s franchise considered an asset
  • Serve Safe and First Aid an asset
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull min. 10lbs
