We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and positive individual to assist our Head of Hospitality in creating a positive and inclusive work environment and providing a warm and unhurried visit to all of our guests. This individual will be someone with excellent customer service and communication skills.· Full time, permanent position starting immediately· 6-month probationary period· 40 hours weekly, Thursday to MondayThis position will be focused on providing leadership support to our hospitality team. Assistant Manager duties will include but are not limited to:· Answering phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner· Maintaining customer email· Train, lead, and assist in scheduling a team of approximately 30 staff members· Organize and set up each shift for success· Assist with the planning and execution of private events and tours· Oversee inventory counts and ordering· Sales and data entry/reporting· Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is met· Communicate closely with tours partners for bookings· Develop strategies that will contribute to the success of the season· Assist with setting, monitoring, and achieving targets· Ensure all safety policies and procedures are met· Contributing to cleaning, opening, and closing duties· Meet with and support other departments when needed· Encourage a positive environment of inclusivity and supportRequirements and Qualifications:
