Job Description

Weekend Houseperson and CleanerWe are looking forward to working with motivated individuals looking for weekend opportunities with Hulls historic Motel Casino.We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to bring their talents and experience to join our team.The Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring and work areas.Ready to hire immediately!Duties will include:

  • Cleaning rooms. Changing bed linens, emptying trash, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms and dusting furniture.
  • Replenish towels and guestroom amenities (soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue).
  • Ensure work areas and guest corridors are in a presentable condition.
  • Assisting the on-site manager with on-site cleaning where required.
Qualifications and Assets:
  • Completion of high-school
  • Hotel/motel housekeeping, laundry or similar experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends
  • English or French not essential
Job Types: Part-time,Part-time hours: 6-8 hours per weekSalary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experienceOn-site parking is available.
