Job Description

Groupe Nordik is the leading creator of wellness spa villages, including the largest Spa in North America (Chelsea, QC) as well as largest event sauna (Whitby, ON).Since we first opened our doors in 2005 we have grown to over 500 000 visits per year from our 3 existing locations (Nordik Spa-Nature | Chelsea (QC), Thermëa by Nordik Spa-Nature | Winnipeg (MB) et Thermëa Spa Village | Whitby (ON)).Our team of 600 employees brings our operations to life with their innovative approach to wellness. This passion meets innovation and allows us to grow.What you will do:Our Contact Center Supervisors are a resource to both clients and agents. They work to provide our Contact Center team with the tools necessary to offer our clients the best customer service experience. They provide training, support, and feedback to our teams; assist with internal request and are subject matter experts in our service offerings.Our contact center offers flexibility in terms of working hours. We are open Monday to Sunday, 364 days a year.Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalated phone and digital interactions, ensure proper follow up according to appropriate service timelines
  • Ensure compliance with call scripts to meet the various needs of our guests and inform callers of available services, products, and activities
  • Inform and communicate changes regarding new products and services offered
  • Train, develop, supervise, and provide ongoing support to the Contact Center team
  • Participate in the creation of schedules, inventory management and mailings
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and internal communications on a regular basis
To be successful in this position you will need:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in a supervisory role (team lead etc.)
  • Bilingualism in French and English is essential
  • Call center experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent MS Office skills
