Who are we looking for
  • Greeting members by way of the iTM; creating positive impressions by engaging them in a range of sales, service and informational conversations
  • 2 years’ experience in the financial industry
  • Genuine desire to assist others with their banking needs
  • Motivation to provide excellent member service and advice
  • Providing support to the branch network by responding to, and processing, all member inquiries as routed to the Contact Centre
  • Acting as a member of the central service for answering and routing all member inquires via telephone
  • Providing sound advice during every member interaction to create an outstanding member experience
  • Ensuring all member issues and solutions are handled appropriately, escalating calls when necessary
  • Identifying when to refer callers to branch team members and/or internal partners
  • Adhering to and exceeding Noventis’ Member Service Standards
  • Ensuring necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all member transactions
