POSITION PURPOSE: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible the safe and efficient repairs and preventative maintenance of rotating and stationary equipment at Big Molly. The Maintenance Technician will be required to provide direct guidance and support to consistently meet or exceed expectations in the following areas: production, operating cost, corporate values, environment, health and safety, training, regulatory and emergency response.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Execute and support colleagues on scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on both rotating equipment and stationary equipment
• Collaborate with Maintenance Team to enhance equipment reliability and develop, implement, and update preventative maintenance procedures
• Demonstrate and uphold all Wayfinder Corp. rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures applicable to the operation
• Maintain a high level of communication on work executed with the Operations and Maintenance Team
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations team
• Support Wayfinder Corp. objectives to meet their goals as a low-cost producer
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
• Repairing machines, equipment, as necessary
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied
• Ensure work areas are in a clean and organized state
• Assist in other areas/departments as may be required
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $30.00-$36.00 per hourSchedule:

• Day shift

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
