Job Description

POSITION: HSE AdministratorJOB TYPE: Full TimeLOCATION: Grande Prairie, AlbertaThe Agency is assisting in the confidential recruitment of a full time HSE Administrator for a local oilfield companyJOB SUMMARY:The HSE Administrator role is crucial in providing comprehensive assistance to the HSE and HR Managers. This position emphasizes precise data management, compliance monitoring, and support for employee-related processes. Additionally, it includes interaction with vendors and clients, as well as collaboration with internal teams to optimize and improve organizational efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit and accurately enter driver logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate safety processes, track attendance at safety meetings, and follow up on sign-offs
  • Conduct inspections of shops and offices, documenting finding and ensuring safety compliance
  • Manage vehicle permits, registrations, and insurance documentation
  • Maintain training records, assist in scheduling sessions, and create training materials
  • Support new hire orientation ad maintain updated emergency contact lists and safety procedures
  • Monitor compliance systems (ISN, Complyworks, AVETTA) and manage data in Workhub
  • Assist with employee documentation, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labour laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records for audits and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-2 years of experience in auditing driver logs; accredited courses preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; professional in with all contacts
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Effectively manage time and tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and seek assistance when needed
