First Onsite is seeking to hire a full-time Water Restoration Labourer to save the day for our residential and commercial customers as the first responder for water-related emergencies. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply today!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WATER DAMAGE LABOURER By sunrise, the Water Damage Labourer at FIRST ONSITE is already geared up, ready to tackle whatever the day throws their way. One call might lead to hauling out soaked carpets and debris from a flooded basement; another might mean carefully removing mold or hazardous materials in full protective gear. They work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced technicians, learning the ropes, handling tools, and making sure the site stays clean and safe. Between jobs, they check in with the team lead, keep the customer at ease, and jump in wherever needed-because in restoration, no two days are ever the same. And when the call comes after hours, they #39;re ready to roll, knowing they #39;re the first step in putting someone #39;s home or business back together.QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred 1 year of experience in the construction or restoration industry (relevant cleaning experience may be considered)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
  • Valid Drivers License (No Restrictions)
  • Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
