Job Description

We are currently seeking applicants for a Welder position to assist our client. We welcome you to submit your application, if you are interested. Job Requirements

  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Operate welding equipment and related tools efficiently and safely.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Handle and transport materials to and from the work area as needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve welding issues and equipment malfunctions.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions and environments.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and potentially in remote or harsh conditions.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a welder, preferably in an oilfield or industrial setting.
  • Relevant welding certifications (e.g., CWB, AWS) are required.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in using welding equipment and related tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
