Do you have a passion for business AND an artistic flareAre you a driven, inspirational mentor that strives for successThat is what Style Happy and Chatters is all about, and we just happen to have an exciting opportunity for you at our Crossroads Retail Salon!We’re looking for a confident and people oriented Assistant Retail Manager who can multi task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment.A little about what you’ll do:

  • Overseeing and booking guest appointments
  • Coaching and training the sales team to achieve store sales targets
  • Execution of all daily cleaning and stocking requirements
  • Merchandising the store to achieve the organizational BRAND standards (this the best part of being in retail!)
  • All salon retail operations management (analyzingamp; maintaining; improving salon systems)
  • Product knowledge, inventory control and management, pricing
  • Assisting with all retail product ordering (special orders, presells, buying)
  • Assisting with monitoring budgets, payroll management, scheduling, and cost of goods management
A little about what you bring to Chatters:
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Minimum of 1+ years in a Retail/Salon Management role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to multi-task, stay focused
  • Committed to going above and beyond to make a customer happy
  • Keen interest in retail, beauty and helping people look and feel amazing
  • Experience at using multiple computer systems such as Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Meet company standards for dress code, professionalism, timeliness, quality, customer service, and healthamp; safety
  • Absolutely exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
