Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance and make improvements as necessary
  • Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations supervisors and employees
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in operations management in an industrial fabrication environment or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in making process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
