  • Immerse in the entire sales process, from acquiring new clients to managing accounts and facilitating service upgrades.
  • Maximize efficiency through diligent follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by building robust relationships, attracting new business, and driving profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing all inquiries and concerns, whether over the phone or in person.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost care and meticulously report all interactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor sales metrics closely, communicate results to senior management, and set strategic sales goals accordingly.
Requirements of the Client Account Specialist:
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • A Bachelor #39;s degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study is preferred.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills are a must.
  • Ability to handle objections and utilize negotiation tactics to close deals.
  • Must have a competitive nature and a drive to excel.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and individually with little or no supervision.
  • This is a Full-Time and in-person position, and the daily commute to our office is required.
