  • Be the go-to contact for customers, offering exceptional product and service solutions.
  • Leverage your comprehensive training and knowledge to address customer queries accurately and recommend the best products and services.
  • Showcase the benefits of our services and boost sales revenue through effective educational techniques.
  • Handle customer interactions with care, composure, and understanding, providing precise, agile, and transparent support.
  • Meticulously document and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay updated on changes and enhance your program knowledge, systems, and processes.
  • Report directly to the Account Management team, providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction, establish goals, and develop new sales skills.
  • Strive for excellence in your duties, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain a professional demeanour, embodying top-level professionalism at all times.
The Ideal Applicant:
  • Has a proven track record in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in sales, customer service, support, or client acquisition.
  • Possesses exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills, effectively used in a professional setting.
  • Is passionate about working closely with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits key qualities such as empathy, responsiveness, patience, conscientiousness, and a customer-centric mindset.
