Our Emerging Talent Program focuses on two programs: 2-year Recent Graduates Development Program and 3-year Future Leaders Leadership Development Program.Reporting to the Corporate Vice President Human Resources and working closely with business VP #39;s HR and other Leadership Experts in the Corporate HR team, the role will manage the development and implementation of these two programs, working with Business and HR leaders in identifying potential future leadership talent, facilitating leadership training for program participants, developing relationships with Company executives for their participation in the program, sharing their knowledge and experience for the development of program participants.This role will be integral in the instructional design of learning programs, development of content and materials, LMS administration, facilitation, and WBT (Skillsoft) platform.The Program Manager, Emerging Talent will be responsible to the sustainment and growth of all Emerging Talent, University relationships, and social media strategies in providing strategic support in developing our employees in all Moncton based businesses.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver in person and e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
  • Develop partner relationships with University stakeholders to coordinate school and internal events including recruitment activities.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Help managers develop their team members through training programs/curriculum.
  • Participate in tracking budgets and outside vendor negotiationsamp; partnerships.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Current knowledge and experience of leading and facilitating effective Leadership learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with online and blended learning strategies (ILT/WBT/Classroom, etc.)
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to build and maintain personal and professional credibility with different levels of leadership and across different generations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to manage many stakeholders and numerous priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in Business, adult education, human resources Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR and/or business experience in a management or advisory role.
