Who we are: Established in 2006, Black Line Studio is an innovative concept which incorporates the essentials of the art world through the combination of an upscale tattoo shop, body piercing and laser treatment boutique with the most exclusive selection of art, jewelry, and after-care revitalizers.Where are we: Black Line Studio’s Toronto downtown location is set in one of the most vibrant and eclectic neighborhoods in the city situated in the heart of King Street West.What we are looking for: We are looking to hire a Full Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to handle the clerical and reception duties including greeting clients, answering the phone, taking appointments, showing flash art and price scheduling to browsing clients and explaining the tattoo /piercing experience.Main Responsibilities: · Engage and interact with clients in accordance with their needs.· Develop and maintain an organized and effective client book with regular follow up with clients.· Maintain regular communication with clients to establish and build relationships.· Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.· Maintain a professional and productive work environment.· Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.· Establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, client and co-workers.· Any ad hoc requests as required.Who you are: · Knowledge of Luxury Designers.· 2+ years minimum sales experience in luxury jewelry or luxury fashion position.· Interest and knowledge in jewelry.· Strong work ethic, motivated, excellent communication skills and reliability.· Availability to work weekdays as well as weekends (as required).· Pleasant and professional demeanor.· Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).· Ability to prioritize and multitask.· Detail oriented & organized.· Bilingual is an asset.Life & Career at Black Line Studio: · Be part of a world-class team.· Flexible schedule.· Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities.To apply for this position, please submit your resume.
