Supermarket ManagerWe are looking for a results driven Supermarket Manager to be responsible for the overall enhancement of customer satisfaction, to meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. The successful candidate will have a background in financial planning and employee management. Responsibilities will also include planning schedules, ensuring policies are followed, interview and hire new staff members and oversee the appropriate stocking of shelves and displays to sell products efficiently. They must be capable of developing store strategies for expanding traffic and profitability and in addition, they must meet sales goals by training staff to be proficient in their job.
