Onramp Solutions is a new and exciting ERP provider based in Collingwood, Ontario.The software has installations across North America and is backed by a world class manufacturing company.In this exciting opportunity you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a new sales strategy, while strategically seeking new business opportunities in North America. In-depth product training will be provided to the right candidate. Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiations skills are required.Primary Responsibilities: · Achieve planned sales targets· Plan and implement growth plans for software, consulting services, and training.· Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.· Develop and implement marketing plans· Responsible for hiring, developing and evaluation of staff.· Formulate plan to support the business development process.· Responsible for timely and accurate forecasting of software, consulting services, and training.· Ensure budgets and schedules meet management requirements.· Owns planning, staffing and budgeting.· Foster relationships with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: · Must possess strong negotiation skills.· Knowledge of ERP Software buying cycles and buying influences.· Understand strategic sales techniques and principles, specifically in the software industry.· Excellent oral communication skills coupled with strong project leadership management.· Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Computer Science or similar· Capacity to work and learn independently; ability to foster relationships with all levels of staff.· Ability to travelJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAdditional pay:
