Headquartered in Kitchener, ON, Canada, Avidbots offers comprehensive service and support to customers in 5 continents.This opportunity can be a remote position – 100% working from home with 25% travel requirements visiting our Headquarters in Kitchener.How you will make a difference

  • Responsible for the managing, selection, onboarding and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Conduct weekly call coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Neo product and its applications.
  • Coordinate weekly 1:1 pipeline review meetings.
  • Motivating and inspiring an SDR team to meet sales targets that match the company’s goals and OKR’s.
  • Developing and communicating revenue targets to leadership and individual sales goals to the regional Account Executives.
  • Build on and further enhance prospecting and cold-calling strategies.
  • Run daily team huddles.
  • Responsible for ongoing training and development of SDRs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations and questions from the team.
  • Travel as required (up to 25%).
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Leader to add to our growing Sales Development Team! Our Sales Development Professionals are the face of Avidbots with our prospective customers by prospecting and driving new leads within their respective territory. This professional will directly manage a team of Sales Development Representatives that generate qualified leads by advancing them through our sales funnel and successfully partnering with our Account Executive team.If you are passionate about sales, eager to help build a world class sales engine, and have the audacity to disrupt an entire industry, then you just might be the Leader we’re looking for!Minimum qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in an outbound B2B sales environment
  • Successful track record as a Sales Development professional or in a full cycle sales role
  • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
Preferred qualifications & key skills
  • Experience directly leading a successful outbound sales team
  • Experience with prospecting leads
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Professional experience using one or more of the following tools: Salesforce.com, Pardot, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Inbox, etc
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, listening, and comprehension
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Detail oriented personality
  • Post secondary education
