The expectations are as follows:-Accompanying the client for activities in the community.-Providing a supportive and collaborative environment to assist the family.Qualifications:· University degree/college diploma in a related field (e.g., CYW/CYC, DSW, SSW, BSW) from a recognized public post-secondary institution.· Work experience in managing challenging and/or disruptive behaviour, working with individuals in residential, non-residential, child welfare, community, hospital, school, and other settings.· Work experience in mental health, as well as any experience working with individuals of all ages with developmental challenges, dual diagnosis, FASD, Autism, and other.· First aid/CPR certification· Current Vulnerable Sector Police Background Check· Ministry-approved Crisis Intervention (UMAB, CPI, BMS)· Strong verbal and written communication skills-Ability to take direction from supervisors and team of care-Reliability and dedication to the position-Experience with data collection an assetLicense/Certification:
