Job Description

Overview:KUBRA is looking for a talented and passionate Digital Tranformation Specialist to join a newly created Customer Experience team! As the Digital Tranformation Specialist, you will advise, shape and deliver technology-led transformation programs aiming to enhance KUBRA’s end customers digital experience.What you get to do every day:

  • Lead short discovery strategy phases of work, develop business transformation vision, journey maps, value roadmap, high-level target solution designs, target experiences
  • Help champion the Digital Transformation team initiatives and skill sets within KUBRA
  • Provide expertise and lead team efforts across various internal, client, and vendor teams for complex transformation programs
  • Orchestrate business process transformations by documenting the current state and the desired state
  • Understand the user’s journey as it corresponds with the requirements and facilitate the analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks undertaken to satisfy our client’s needs.
  • Be an advocate on behalf of the voice of the customer initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
What kind of person should you be:
  • You love to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions (e.g. Journey Map, functional specification documents, etc)
  • Ability review and identify optimizations for various business processes
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
  • Your problem-solving and analytical skills are unmatched
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work
  • You have a passion for generating clear process documentation
  • Willingness to travel as needed
What skills do you need:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Digital Transformation experience within the utility or similar space preferred
  • Proven experience in orchestrating requirements elicitation sessions
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
