Job Description

Copperstone Connect is seeking experienced Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Contract Consultants to fulfill three contract positions. This is client facing consulting position in a Data and Analytics team at the forefront of leading clients on global trends in data engineering, data analytics and reporting requirements.As an Informatica Master Data Manager (MDM) contractor, you will:

  • Be knowledgeable around master data management and the concepts surrounding it, specifically with the usage of Informatica and its tool stack
  • Provide expertise around an MDM implementations including Data Profiling, metadata acquisition, data migration, validation, reject processing and pre-landing
  • Configure Entity base objects, Entity Types, Relationship base objects, Relationship Types, Profiles using Hierarchy tool
  • Put forth knowledge of Active VOS workflow concept in Informatica MDM
  • Serve as an expert around the Informatica tool and their applicable cloud offerings within the space
  • Actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience with ETL/MDM tools and processes within Informatica MDM 10.x versions including development skills in ETL with IICS/IDQ
  • A bachelors degree or a graduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience with Informatica MDM (Hub and IDD/Entity 360) as well as experience with Power Exchange
  • Exposure to Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF), Informatica MDM Provisioning tool, and Java User Exists
  • Expertise in Informatica MDM Hub Match and Merge rules, batch jobs and batch groups
  • Experience prior within CI/CD, Change Data Capture, and Oracle or DB2 would be preferred
  • Working knowledge of the modernized information management tool landscape (e.g. Talend, Collibra, Oracle DRM, SAP MDM, Informatica, Hyperion, Essbase, SQL).
  • A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for modernizing information management
  • Proficiency with advising clients on the full data supply chain from data wrangling to data consumption via analytics.
  • Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills
