Job Description

Simply put, our talented team of people is our differentiator.Our Opportunity: As a result of our recent growth, we are hiring IT Support Technician to help support our IT systems, diagnose issues, provided fixes and in doing so, help our employees work efficiently with the best IT coverage they need. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to delivering top of the line quality services to our employees.Your focus includes, but not limited to:

  • Ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and security of company’s end user computing and operational devices.
  • Serve as a SME for end users problem diagnosis and fixes.
  • Perform delivery and troubleshooting activities.
  • Participate in the ITSM and ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) governance processes established by the company.
  • Support Licensing and certification initiatives
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
What You Bring:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of System Administration Work Experience, including:
  • Virtualization with VMWare
  • Windows Server Admin, including AD, Group Policy, RDS and Exchange.
  • Linux system administration procedures, including common scripting language and tools
  • OKTA Admin and SAML
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Hardware installation (Apple and WINDOWS laptops)
  • Installation of apps and software
  • Managing MS SPLA, License Reporting
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills are required.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills are required, you can find yourself working with executives, clients, and peers throughout the day.
