Job Description

Please note that we have four (4) different locations (Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville and Orangeville) and that our Organizational Analyst will be required to travel between these locations on a weekly basis.Our head office is located at: 101 Westmore Drive, Suite 201, Etobicoke, ON M9V 3Y6

  • Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment.
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
  • Plan the re-organization of operations.
  • Supervise staff.
  • Monitoring overall performance of the clinic, providing accurate and reliable information to management with recommended actions for decision making purposes.
  • Reviewing daily transactions submitted to OHIP, ensuring accurate utilization of billing codes, following up on rejections and unpaid RAs.
  • Analysing monthly financial reporting packages, reflecting activities and trends in expenditures and revenues. Researching and identifying variances and providing solutions where applicable. Communicating with management, banks, and investors.
  • Integrating and training new staff while leading the continued professional development of the existing team, and sharing best practices e.g., process improvements, procedural changes, etc.
  • Collaborating with team members to support strategic objectives.
  • Attending and participating in meetings with the Charm Fertility team and external consultants, discussing challenges and potential solutions, obtaining feedback, reviewing progress and promoting cooperation.
  • Coordinating patient care with physicians and monitoring care and service delivery performance.
  • Building, growing, and maintaining relationships with Charm Fertility’s community of fertility clinics and providers to facilitate a smooth customer and member experience for clinic operations in the region.
  • Leading initiatives to improve clinical practices and processes to ensure smooth daily operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and actively seeking solutions to problems.
  • Respecting and maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of staff and clients.
Who you are:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a comparable role.
  • A proven track record of compliance with and implementation of QMS standards.
  • Quality Management Systems Certification preferred.
  • Experience in a medical/health care context preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
  • Able to independently identify and execute opportunities for improvement and strengthening of control.
  • Highly developed MS Office skills, advanced Excel skills and excellent proficiency with Google Suite and CRMs.
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and quickly respond to priorities.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques related to financial targets, timeliness, and client and staff satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Able to establish credibility, trust and build relationships with people of all levels of an organization.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $76,000.00-$82,000.00 per yearBenefits:
