Job Description

We are a travelling paint group with several years of experience in the industry, working on large commercial settings. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for energetic individuals with an interest in leadership roles and personal development.Currently, looking to hire 4 experienced, enthusiastic and energetic Painters for full-time and subcontractors commercial work in the Golden Horseshoe and Ottawa Regions.Top dollars and other benefits provided for the right candidate; We are willing to train.JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Available for full-time night shifts and weekend work.
  • Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Reliable transportation to and from place of work.
  • Willing to travel out of town for extensive stays. (Paid travel, food and accommodation)
  • Willing to work paid overtime.
  • Able to problem solve on-site and off-site
  • Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule
  • Must be friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working.
  • Willing to work in team setting.
  • Own Tools Required. They are not supplied.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Painting Experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Has or is willing to obtain the necessary safety certifications:
I. Working at Heights (Preferred)II. WHMIS (Preferred)III. Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (Preferred)IV. Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps ((Preferred)
  • Must have Valid Ontario G-class Drivers License, clean records and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with airless sprayer machines would be an asset
  • Electrostatic applications equipment would be an asset
COMPENSATION- $23 - $35/ hour based on skills and performance.- Paid Overtime Hours- Paid food, travel and accommodation.- Clothing allowance.- Training ProvidedJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, FreelanceSalary: $23.00-$35.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
