Job Description

EsQrow Lawyers is growing again and currently has an opening for 1-2 driven Real Estate Law Clerks. This role is most suitable for those looking to work remotely on a full-time basis, available and accessible via phone and email during office hours, comfortable with urgent/rushed/same-day closings, and adept with speaking on the phone with clients/affiliates.Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Relevant Post-Secondary Education
  • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience
  • Ability to complete real estate transactions from start to finish, including residential and commercial purchases, sales and refinancing AND private mortgages, with minimal supervision
  • Well-versed and experienced in Unity, Teraview, LawyersDoneDeal, SureFund, LLC and Stewart Assyst.
  • Perform title searches, including off title searches and identify any problems
  • Liaise professionally with lawyers and clients
  • Prepare client correspondence and requisition letters; prepare, edit and file correspondence and legal documents from instructions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Provide legal and administrative support, including adhering to the firms file management protocols
  • Prepare final reports and closing documents / Drafting reports and letters for clients and financial lenders
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and complete files from beginning to the final reporting
