Job Description

We’re a naan traditional company… SummaryReporting to the Risk and Compliance Manager, this role is focused on the oversight and control of all strategicsourcing activity of all FGF and Wonderbrands locations from a risk and compliance perspective. This role requires the ability to think critically, identify potential sources of risk & non-compliance, collaborate closely with internal business partners & executive leadership and derive insight from underlying data.What FGF Offers:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish weekly snapshot reports for executive leadership with an understanding of commodity market cost structures, market fundamentals and technical analysis, financial hedging instruments and potential
sourcing risks.
  • Build and update detailed commodity sourcing, hedging and KPI management models.
  • Work closely with Master Data team to ensure smooth flow of data and ensure compliance to sourcing requirements.
  • Perform market research and identify opportunities for global and domestic sourcing with an understanding of local sourcing and import rules and regulations.
  • Act as a partner between Sourcing and Finance and ensure a smooth flow of costs and data to drive critical decision making.
  • Audit and validate all data inflows and outflows of the Sourcing team and ensure compliance with established risk management policies.
  • Generate and validate Material Planning Requirements (MRP) reports through collaboration with the Sales Forecast, Production Forecast, Planning and IT teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc Supply Chain-related analysis to assist in solving Supply Chain-related issues.
  • Develop and implement strategic analytical tools and processes to derive insights for team use.
  • Support and work closely with Sourcing Specialists, Managers and Leaders.
Required Experience
  • Minimum two years supply chain or financial analytical experience (co-op and internship are considered equivalent experience).
  • University degree preferred in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Economics or International Business.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, logical & statistical formulas, VBA is a plus).
  • SAP and Microsoft PowerBI education and/or experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
