  • Lead the Bike Butler Team in assisting with all tasks relating to bike rentals starting from the guests’ first inquiry to their return with the bikes
  • Conduct and own all tasks relating to bike maintenance
  • Ensure safety guidelines by providing guests of all ages with properly fitted helmets and advising them with local riding regulations
  • Assist with the Guest Services team as available and needed, which includes timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
  • Personalize guests’ orientation of the local area in a professional, friendly and engaging way
  • Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
  • Parking and retrieval of guests vehicles, as needed
