Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What you will be doing:
Lead the Bike Butler Team in assisting with all tasks relating to bike rentals starting from the guests’ first inquiry to their return with the bikes
Conduct and own all tasks relating to bike maintenance
Ensure safety guidelines by providing guests of all ages with properly fitted helmets and advising them with local riding regulations
Assist with the Guest Services team as available and needed, which includes timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
Personalize guests’ orientation of the local area in a professional, friendly and engaging way
Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
Parking and retrieval of guests vehicles, as needed
