We have a network of experts that we often refer clients to, such as lawyers, accountants and bankingamp; mortgage specialists.In order to join our team and be able to use their experience and skills right away, we are looking for seasoned professionals with prior call center experience.What you’ll be doing:· To respond to every call within the allotted time.· To support and ensure that our employers and members receive first-rate service by taking responsibility for and responding to inquiries.· To meet a defined set of KPI targets concerning wrap/after call time, hold times, call length, and total handling times.· Adherence to schedule with pre-set breaks and lunches.· Ensure that all tasks are completed on time, accurately, and to the necessary levels of accuracy.· To assist with the delivery of services as needed and carry out related tasks.· Provide a service that is adaptable and quick to meet the needs of the company while also taking charge of specific questions and requests from clients.· Perform autonomous tasks without constant supervision.· Meet and exceed agreed quality and performance targets.Essential Skills:· You have excellent listening and communication abilities, as well as a cordial phone manner.· Demonstrate resilience when having challenging conversations.· You genuinely care about the client and want to help them find speedy solutions to their issues.· You are proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook on a PC.· Prior contact center experience is preferred, but candidates with other customer service experience are also encouraged to apply; we #39;ll train them.Rewards and Benefits on offer:· Excellent training and development opportunities; · Competitive salary; · All IT equipment and resources will be provided.· 25 days of vacation plus bank holidays.· Annual medical cashback of up to $1300 is available for therapy, dentistry, optical, and consultation services.
